ME909s Mini PCI Express is the first LTE Cat4 module based on Hi-Silicon chipset. It is a high quality LTE module in small size and standard mPCIe form factor, especially for industrial grade M2M applications such as vehicle telematics, tracking, mobile payment, industrial router, security monitor and industrial PDAs. ME909s Mini PCI Express supports eight (!) bands (B1/B2/B3/B4/B5/B7/B8/B20) in the EMEA region. The ME909s Mini PCI Express supports 150Mbps data transfer rates, including advanced features such as FOTA, USSD, and Huawei enhanced AT commands.
