Mini Cool Edge IO is a flexible, robust, and cost-effective connector and cable assembly solution that helps server and network equipment design flexibility, reduce overall footprint, and extend coverage for high data rate signals.

This solution is suitable for applications requiring 24Gbps SAS 4.0 signals, 32GT/s PCIe Gen5, and 64GT/s PCIe Gen6 signals.

With a 0.6mm contact pitch, the compact connector saves space in end devices and supports cable-to-board and card-to-board applications.

The MCIO X4 (38pin) and MCIO X8 (74pin) connectors are optional connectors for transmitting differential and sideband signals now and in the future.
