Shipping Policy for Computers Under Warranty

The Shipping Policy applys to every computer purchased in T.M.S Computer Services LTD and was assembled at the company's Lab, Customer's Place of Resident is not a factor.

New Computer that Arrived to a customer and has a problem within one week of the reciving Data, that was not discovered in the Lab prior to the shipping Data is Entitled to call and ask for Delivery pick up from his home, Fixing the problem at the lab and shipping back to his Home without any cost.

Computers Older then one week, is entitle to the same procedure, That after a Technician at the lab tried to solve the problem by phone and it seems the problem caused by a problem under Warranty.
Incases that the problem is not related to the warranty, customer will be billed for 2 way shipping (120nis Includes Vat Total).

In both cases, the computer will be picked up in full and not single part/
Customer who is intrested in sending a single part will handle the shipping himself, after Lab examination, if the problem is under warranty, the product will be fixed and/or replaced and will be sent to the customer's home without a charge.
incases the products working fine, customer will be billed for the shipping costs back to his home (60NIS) or will come to pick the product from the store.

Customer have to keep the Computer's Original Packaging or Provide an alternative package to insure safe delivery.
Incases of shipping a single product, customer must package the product properly to insure safe delivery and insure the product for it's full Value.
